We are 3 artists with a shared vision. We also happen to be family and we love what we do. Our gourd/pumpkin people are a mix of natural and man made products. Each is an individual and unique work of art created by one of us. We’ll be sharing them here. We hope you love them as much as we do.
We started by decorating faux gourds for fall & Halloween with rafia, vines, acorns, and leaves, real and man-made.
Soon, as with all art, it began to change. We started painting the faces and the characters grew more complex. Currently we use faux gourds, tins, faucet handles, clay, compasses, lots of old chair and table legs and anything else we find that looks interesting and rusty or old. We take our characters to Art Fairs and now we are bringing them to our Etsy shop

Each of us brings something unique to the creation process. Judy loves the hunt for rusty old antiques and tidbits we can use to make our characters unique. She always has a special vision for the design process.
Gwynne brings her sense of humor, innovative ideas, knowledge, and love of crafting.
And Connie loves the artistic process and painting. She is also active in the mail art community posting as Kiddio55 at ATCsforall and IllustratedATCs.. Photography is another one of her loves. Her photos can be seen at Betterphoto.com

Hello, my name is Katherine Hanley and I’ve been collecting your Halloween figurines for several years now. I am actually at the Northville craft show as I write this to you. I am so sad that you are not here this year. Is there any way that I could come to you to buy some figurines? I would be very grateful. Please let me know.
